Hearing Instrument Specialist
With over 10 years of experience, Nicole also graduated from St. John's University with a Bachelor of Science Degree and is a NJ licensed hearing aid dispenser. She began working in the hearing aid industry with her dad, Tom, over summer break when she was just 15 years old.

Hearing Instrument Specialist
With almost 25 years of experience in the Hearing Instrument Sciences, Tom is the owner and Hearing Instrument Specialist at Hear-Direct. Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree from St. John's University in 1985, Tom began his professional career at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in NYC.
